1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jl199," "we," "us," "our," or "the Platform" refers to jl199.org and the entity operating the jl199 online gaming platform.
• "Player," "you," "your," or "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses any service on jl199.org.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on jl199.org through which the Player accesses jl199 services.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's Account, comprising real money funds, bonus funds, and/or winnings as applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by jl199 subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified at the time of award.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the Player via approved payment methods, excluding any Bonus Funds.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing jl199.org, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents together constitute the entire agreement between you and jl199 with respect to your use of the Services.

jl199 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 3. Eligibility and Account Registration

5. You have not previously had an Account on jl199 closed or suspended for a Terms violation;
6. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent of any third party.

Each Player may register and maintain only one (1) Account. jl199 employs automated and manual duplicate detection processes. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jl199 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending withdrawals, and forfeit all Bonus Funds held therein. Real Money Funds may be returned at jl199's sole discretion following KYC verification.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or Philippine mobile number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly following any change. Providing false information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jl199 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, permit any third party to access your Account, or allow any third party to place wagers on your behalf.

jl199 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorized by you — is your responsibility. jl199 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access that could have been prevented by enabling 2FA or by exercising reasonable security precautions.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jl199 Support immediately via live chat at [email protected]. jl199 will suspend the Account pending investigation upon receipt of a properly substantiated unauthorized-access report.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on jl199.org are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl199 does not accept or hold funds in foreign currencies. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

Deposits: Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya deposits have a minimum of PHP 100. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot process withdrawals. KYC documents required include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys ID, passport, or driver's license) and, where applicable, proof of address. Minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 500. jl199 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for GCash and within 24 hours for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) for verified accounts, though processing times may extend during periods of high volume or due to third-party payment processor delays.

Transaction Costs: jl199 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment processors may apply their own fees, for which jl199 accepts no liability.

Inactive Account Policy: Accounts with no login or real-money transaction for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as inactive. A monthly dormancy fee of PHP 100 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be applied until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified via email prior to any dormancy fee being applied.

6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

jl199 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time of award:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, unless otherwise stated, have made a qualifying deposit;
• Each Player is entitled to claim any specific welcome or first-deposit bonus only once;
• Bonus Funds are credited to the Player's Account wallet and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the offer terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn;
• Bonus Funds are forfeit upon withdrawal of Real Money Funds if the applicable wagering requirement has not yet been met, unless the offer terms explicitly permit otherwise;
• jl199 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any pending bonus, or modify wagering requirements at any time, with notice provided to affected Players where reasonably practicable;
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing hedge bets to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, or engaging in other patterns indicative of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses cancelled and their Account reviewed for suspension.

7. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on jl199.org operate according to published game-specific rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before wagering. jl199 uses Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for electronic table games and slots, certified by independent auditors. Live dealer games use physical dealing equipment operated by trained professional dealers in licensed studios.

In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in jl199's system log constitutes the definitive record. 8. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

• Money laundering or using jl199 to process proceeds of any unlawful activity;
• Chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes — Players who initiate unjustified chargebacks will have their Accounts suspended and the chargeback amount deducted from any remaining wallet balance;
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening conduct directed at jl199 staff or other Players via any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

jl199 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all Filipino players. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment — it should never be used as a source of income, and Players should never wager more than they can comfortably afford to lose.

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set by the Player at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on jl199.org — including but not limited to the jl199 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the proprietary property of jl199 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any jl199 content without prior written authorization.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jl199's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services shall not exceed the total Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jl199 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if jl199 has been advised of the possibility of such losses. jl199 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that games will be free of errors, or that the Platform will be compatible with all devices and network configurations.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

jl199 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) failure to pass KYC verification; (c) reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; (d) at the Player's own request, including via self-exclusion; or (e) as required by applicable law or regulatory direction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.

Upon Account closure, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure for any reason.

13. Amendments to Terms

jl199 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The current version of the Terms, with the effective date, will always be published on this page. For material changes, registered Players will be notified via email at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of jl199.org after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of jl199.org shall first be submitted to jl199's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. jl199 will respond to formal disputes within ten (10) business days.

If a dispute is not resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You expressly waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or representative proceeding.
